Can I return products?
Yes, you can return the products within 14 days after the delivery date.
What is the delivery time?
After you order, the order will be shipped the same day at 17:30h (CET). In the Netherlands you have the order the next day in the house. In other European countries this will extend.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders over € 100, - will be free shipped in the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands we ask € 20.00 per delivery. Outside Europe the shipping costs are € 40.00.

What is the status of my order?
We ship the goods at the time the payment is received by us. If you want to know the exact status, please contact via email@example.com.
Can I get an invoice?
We do not send separate invoices. You may consider the order confirmation (you'll receive immediately after your order) as your invoice.
What payment options are there?
We accept all major payment methods such as iDeal (the Netherlands), normal bank transfer, payment by credit card (Mastercard / Visa / American Express) and PayPal.
What is the warranty on the products?
All products have 6 months warranty against manufacturing / production errors. In that case we will repair your product or send you a new product for free.
